Miley Cyrus considers playing Dolly Parton in a biopic of the country icon and says she’s ‘sucked, tucked and plucked, just like she taught me!’
Miley Cyrus joked in a new interview about the ways she has emulated her legendary godmother Dolly Parton.
The 30-year-old pop star was asked by E! News about the possibility of playing Dolly in a biopic at some point down the road.
If she did, getting into Dolly’s look would evidently not be too far a stretch, as Miley quipped: ‘I’m sucked, I’m tucked and plucked, just like she taught me.’

She dished: ‘Me and Dolly have never really spoken, honestly, about me playing Dolly because I feel like I’m already doing it.’
When it comes to getting to physically resemble Dolly, who is famous for her sizeable bust, Miley vamped: ‘I don’t know what they’re gonna do to me.’
The duo are slated to co-host Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party live from Miami, welcoming a star-studded array of guests for a special to air on NBC.
Miley was born in a country music family, the daughter of the smoldering singer Billy Ray Cyrus who became a one-hit wonder with Achy Breaky Heart.

Dolly shared a few warm words for Miley in 2019 when the younger singer was going through a turbulent period in her love life.
That year Miley split from her husband Liam Hemsworth and then embarked on a whirlwind summer romance with Brody Jenner’s ex Kaitlynn Carter before falling into the arms of her longtime friend Cody Simpson.
Dolly remarked to People: ‘Lord, I’ve done everything, and what I ain’t done, I intend to. She’s going to do that, too. But Miley’s smart; Miley knows what she’s doing.’

She added: ‘I know we think she doesn’t, and she might not every minute, but I still know that she’s got good stuff in her.’
Dolly shared that ‘I’ve told her some things that I think are valuable and that she uses, but I’d rather live an example’ and ‘be an example rather than just try to tell somebody to do this, do that because I don’t think that’s right.’
The 9 To 5 star added: ‘Everybody’s different. You’ve got your own journey. And some people are going to help you along the way and they can kick a few rocks out of the road for you, but you got to walk it.’
