And Aussie supermodel Elle Macpherson proved she’s still got it on Tuesday as she flaunted her incredible physique in a video shared to Instagram.
The mother of two, 58, showcased her flawlessly toned figure in a skimpy black bikini as she gave a glimpse into her strict ‘mind, body and spirit’ daily regime.

In the video, Elle lifted her hands up in the air to reveal her toned abs. She also ensured her long, tanned legs were on full display in a tiny black G-string.
In the caption Elle shared her daily practices for ensuring the is in tip top health, writing: ‘When comes to mindfulness… I take care of my mind, body and spirit every day with breath practice and meditation.’
‘My daily practice includes meditating in the morning for around 25 minutes – either guided, or in silence. I try to live my life in a perpetual flow of meditative connection rather than just at specified times.’
In an accompanying interview with website bodyandsoul_au, Elle explained how she is ‘up with the sun,’ and the first thing she does ‘is smile’ before she hydrates with filtered water and lime.

‘I’ll then get outside and put my feet on the earth to ground,’ Elle explains.
Morning yoga is followed by a cold plunge in the pool and a matcha in the sunshine before she starts her day.
She breaks her morning fast with her own brand daily all-in-one greens powder Super Elixir to ‘strengthen the immune system, support the digestive system and give my skin a healthy glow.’
Meanwhile a mid afternoon tea ceremony helps her beat the 3pm slump.
Elle’s evening wind down includes ‘ a relax in my infrared sauna followed by a cold plunge,’ The last thing she does before she sleeps is ‘Smile. Put my hands on my solar plexus, think about what I’m grateful for that day, and drift into a peaceful sleep.’
Elle relies on a plant-based diet with all her groceries locally grown and organic, handpicked from the Saturday farmer’s market.

The model also makes ‘regular appointments for acupuncture, chiropractic, breath work and sound healing among others.’
One of her most recent discoveries is ‘the Russian Banyas, an ancient tradition of steam sauna including flaying with dry tree or herb branches called veniks.’

Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar Australia in January 2019, Elle said she aims to exercise each day at 6.30am.
‘I’ll either do some yoga or I’ll jump on my bike and ride to the beach for a swim. If I’m on the road, I’ll bring my running shoes and go for a jog or walk – I love to explore any new surroundings and getting outside,’ she said.
